Free Tools for Enterprise Level PPC

There are many tools on the market to assist with managing large PPC accounts. I am trying to find free implementations of these tools that can have the same functionality. A steep learning curve will be necessary for some of these tools.

1. AdWords Editor

2. MySQL

Having your own database allows you far more flexibility.

3. R

Interfaces with MySQL for data mining. Best language for interactive statistics

4. Some sort of web crawler

For competitive intelligence. This is not as important as the others.
